Sagiterre ltd integrates a range of related professions in the sector of land development and offers the management of a large land asset. These lands are managed through creation of integrated projects (IRS type), where Sagiterre acts at the same time as a think tank, a promoter as well as technical and administrative facilitator.

Sagiterre’s positioning as a leader on the land and property market is due to the experience of its various strategic partners and contacts, and to its simplification approach.
Sagiterre has embossed undeniable success on important projects such as the “Domaine de Bon Espoir” and others with an “Urbanization approach” just to name a few, where the company demarks itself from its competitors. Our competitive advantage is based on true values: mastering of processes, land expertise and transparency.
Whenever necessary, the company calls on local or foreign expertise and creativity, namely in the conception and elaboration of master plans.

The company offers a “one-stop-shop” service including consultancy, project management and promotion and engineering network that can take full charge of a project, as from the feasibility study to design stage.

As a member of a strong and well-established group, Sagiterre Ltée relies on its highly qualified and experienced team, to offer the best possible service to its clients.

• The General Manager : Mr. Bernard Desvaux de Marigny, a geometrician and surveyor by profession, has developed a solid 27 years field experience, including 14 years management experience at the Desmarais-Desvaux Office.

• The Sales Manager: Mr. Yves Ménage cumulated more than10 year’s experience in property sales and marketing. This commercial expertise ensures good visibility and selling potential for the group’s products; a positive element indeed for investors and clients.
